Coastal Canyon Interiors is a California-inspired boutique interior decorating studio. Dedicated to blending modern trends with timeless elegance, they craft interiors that are both sophisticated and inviting.

About the client

The challenge

The challenge was to create a logo that reflected the refined, timeless feel of their interiors while capturing the organic, laid-back spirit of the California coast which is a key source of inspiration for the client.

The Solution

I began with a modern serif typeface for a chic sophisticated vibe, then introduced subtle customizations to evoke a more natural, handmade feel. For ‘interiors’ I selected a contrasting typeface with gentle, wave-like curves as a nod to the ocean. The addition of a hand-drawn, organic plant in place of the “Y” symbolizes the lush, coastal flora and adds a meaningful, custom element that ties the brand to its environment. The overall result is a logo system that feels thoughtful, grounded, and an embodiment of the client’s style.
